I just installed GeekBench 2.2.6 On a Windows 7 64 Bit system running on an AMD Athlon II Quad core. When I run the stress test, the CPU usage briefly spikes to 100% then drops down to 1% and stays there. Shouldn't it stay at 100%?

    Hi Don,

The stress test should keep your CPU usage at or about 100%. What happens when you run the normal benchmarks? Did the stress tests work with previous versions of Geekbench?

    Thanks,
    John

    A re-install solved the problem.
