Hello,

I run Geekbench on my virtual Ubuntu with Parallels on an iMac. The test runs, but at the end when I tried to upload the results Geekbench answers with an error message:

unknown error (internal code 6)

The internet connection with a web browser works and I have no idea what is wrong. Can somebody help me

Regards Erwin

    Hi Erwin,

Thanks for your message, and I'm sorry you're having problems uploading results. I looked into the error code; it turns out Geekbench could not resolve the hostname of the Geekbench website. Can you connect to the following site in your web browser?

    http://browse.geekbench.ca/

If you can connect, try running and uploading your results again.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hello John,

thank you for your help; I had some networking problems with my Ubuntu and after I solved them I could upload the data.

    Best regards
