Geekbench 3, Parallela 8 and Windows 7
Geekbench 3 doesn't work properly running on Windows 7 running on Parallels 8 on a 2012 15" retina MBP, 2.7 GHz, 16 GB RAM and OS X 10.8.4. It reports the CPU speed as 12.1 GHz and runs the benchmarks but ends with the following error screen:

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Do you see the error message every time you run Geekbench 3 under Parallels 8?

No, not since I upgraded to 3.0.1 and then 3.0.2. I am however still seeing the clock speed as being way off. I'm attaching a result file I just ran. Recall, this is on a 2.7 GHz retina MBP, 15" mid 2012.

I'm glad to hear Geekbench 3 works for you now under Parallels.
We'll look into the clock speed issue. Note that the misreported clock speed will have no impact on the actual benchmark results.
